Lance Pearson
Superintendent / K-5 Principal

Since starting as a Kindergarten teacher, I have spent the last 24 years in education as a teacher, a principal, and now a superintendent. My children are Victor Pirates and we all enjoy the splendor of the Bitterroot Valley. Lance has received a BA in Liberal Studies from Fresno State, 1991; MA in Ed Leadership from the University of Nevada, 2003. Superintendent Certification from Montana State University, 2010.

Danny Johnston
6-12 Principal
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Extension Education from New Mexico State University in 1985. My first teaching position was in St. Ignatius, MT, where I taught Agriculture Education and FFA for four year. We then moved to the Four Corners area of New Mexico to develop an Agriculture program. While teaching and raising a young family, I went back to school and received a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership, Management and Development. After our fourth child was born, my wife and I decided that we wanted to raise our family closer to her family and in a more wholesome environment, so we moved back to the Bitterroot Valley where we have lived since 1999. I was hired as the Victor middle and high school principal in 2002. I am presently working on a Doctorate degree in Agriculture Education, which I hope to finish in 2018. Victor is a great place with awesome students, teachers and families.
